Stratford Cross
Stratford Cross is the mixed use development owned by Lendlease, between Westfield Shopping Centre, Stratford and the Olympic Park.
Heather Smith Commercial was appointed by Equiem on behalf of Lendlease in May 2024. Our role was to maintain the communications and events program for the business and residential community, using the Equiem app.
We ensured continuity of the stakeholder relationships in order that ideas, events, offers and information was disseminated to the relevant communities.
Working closely with the managing agents, we strategically engaged with occupiers, curating workshops and events like a community-wide Mini Golf tournament, hosting virtual competitions, and collaborating with ‘Park Partners’ to share exciting news about new openings and exclusive deals.
It was a pleasure to work with the Stratford Cross team and showcase the best of their vibrant community!
