Campus Reading – Alice in Wonderland Immersive Summer event June 24
In June 2024, we transformed the CAMPUS Grade 2 listed Farmhouse and surrounding gardens into a whimsical Alice in Wonderland for a truly special event, where we hosted over 350 guests.
The gardens are located below a weeping willow and we themed them with flamingo croquet, giant chess, colourful chairs and tables, giant ‘Alice’ and ‘Rabbit’ figures and crazy mirrors.
Magicians roamed the space, delighting attendees with their tricks, while two Alice-themed entertainers and a four piece roaming band added to the immersive experience- where an array of cold drinks to kept everyone refreshed.
Guests entered the garden through the rarely seen before Farmhouse building, where they were served a delicious afternoon tea to take into the garden and experience the event.
We loved this magical event -what a joy it was to transform the Farmhouse before the space was occupier by our new charity partner.
