The Clarendon Works
Due to be complete in July 2024, HSC have been responsible for evolving The Clarendon Works and implementing a strategy for the pre let phases.
The Clarendon Works (TCW) is the largest new office development in Watford, comprising over 173,000 sq ft of amenity rich office space.
Heather Smith Commercial was appointed by Regal London in January 2023 to establish, grow and develop a Business Community Asset Management scheme at TCW, specifically targeting communication and marketing.
We have set up and actioned the digital media campaigns which includes LinkedIn campaigns, targeted advertising, Social Media content and social engagement. So far, we are seeing great traction via social media and the following increases weekly.
We have also successfully re-designed the brand and website, as well as storyboarding, shooting and editing in house films to describe the strong Social Community Values and impact of the project.
Practical completion of The Clarendon Works is expected in Q3 2024 so not only are we responsible for pre-launch engagement, but we will also plan and support a successful launch strategy, to ensure the building is successfully marketed to potential tenants and has a thriving community.
