Heather Smith Commercial was appointed by Legal and General in October 2021 at the beginning of the marketing and rebranding process for Tempo (previously Star House).
Heather Smith Commercial has had full input with the marketing agency appointment, strategy, audience identification and ideas for direct marketing. HSC manages the marketing budget and program of action.
We work alongside the brand agency, the agents, management agents and contractors to successfully ensure the messaging and communication channels flow. We have attended all agent meetings and design meetings to ensure we fully understand the building to incorporate this in to the marketing.
We have set up and actioned the digital media which includes LinkedIn campaigns, Social Media content, website, app briefing, content and social engagement. The Social and Community liaison with the Maidenhead community has been led by HSC and included local volunteering, action groups and educational visits to the building.
Practical Completion of the project is expected in Q1 2024 and we are beginning to progress the last phase of on site marketing, and move to create the business community within the finished building. Letting success due to strong product and marketing has meant we are in discussions with the new business community well ahead of building completing.
