Lavender Studios
Heather Smith Commercial successfully advised Columbia Threadneedle on the refurbishment and disposal of four office suites at Lavender Studios, Lavender Hill, Clapham.
Working with the very talented Emily Penrose Design, the suites were immaculately and creatively presented. Finishes included cork tiles, mid century furniture and bold colours which reflected the vintage of the building.
The four suites let to three companies and rents achieved were mid £40’s per sq ft.
