Business Community Asset Management

The Ark is an iconic building in the heart of Hammersmith, offering up to 126,000 sq.ft. of newly refurbished office space.

Heather Smith Commercial was appointed in September 2024 to assist the agents and client team in marketing the building, along with creating a welcoming community that will attract tenants.

The strategy centres around adding depth to the main B2B campaign by making the community and Social Community Value more visible, alongside a bespoke digital marketing outreach campaign.

To enliven the existing community, Heather Smith Commercial has liaised with the Hammersmith BID to encourage community use of the asset for the wider locality and support and promote the work locally. Work has been taken to engage third party suppliers of the building to encourage amentity use and provide a building that works for its occupiers.

HSC has written press releases for successful lettings, assisted in developing meaningful and effective tenant onboarding and will host a launch in the new year.
