Festive Event at Lotus Park
In December 2023, we had the pleasure of organising and executing a Festive Event for L&GIM at Lotus Park.
Upon arrival all occupiers were welcomed with hand warmers and welcomed into the riverside gardens which was decorated with Christmas trees, colourful bunting and fairy lights. Occupiers tried their hand at curling on a full sized curling lane, could help themselves to a complimentary hot chocolate or mulled wine, plus delicious waffle wands covered with Lotus sauce and an array of sweet toppings.
Hot food was served from a vintage food truck and of course no Christmas event is complete without live music so we organised a three piece steel drum band to play festive tunes throughout!
HSC managed all marketing in the lead up to the event including posters, decorated chalkboards in the building’s receptions, internal comms to companies EA/PA teams, internal intranet posts and social media posts. We also provided photography and videography as part of our event management service.
Following the success of this event, HSC has been retained to deliver the annual events programme for 2024.
