Bath Road Central, SLOUGH
Bath Road Central is a premium office park, covering almost 1million sq ft, located in the heart of the Thames Valley in Slough.
Heather Smith Commercial was involved at Bath Road Central for 4 years from March 2017. We created an active Business Community from the already present occupiers on the Park, as well as welcoming new occupiers to the space. We carried out an annual survey to investigate what challenges the occupiers faced and what community events and services they would benefit from. We implemented an exciting and fresh annual events programme.
We sat on the SMaRT Bus Steering Committee and took instructions directly from the stakeholders. This resulted in the success of combining 4 occupiers’ individual shuttle buses to the station, to a branded bus which is now on the Slough Bus Network and open to the public.
We assisted with managing the on-site café to ensure the marketing and operational requirements were met for the Park. We wrote, curate and sent a weekly news email to the whole business community and worked closely with the on-site team to ensure strong customer service. There have been some significant lettings since we were involved and we prepared welcome packs and delivered presentations for all new arrivals, as well as preparing collateral on the community initiatives for the agents to use during viewings.
We recently launched a membership programme “Self Care Central” promoting bespoke Self Care initiatives and events for the Business Community.
