Croxley Park WATFORD
Heather Smith Commercial has been involved at Croxley Park since Columbia Threadneedle purchased the park in September 2013. HSC has been involved with repositioning the Park during this time, by brand enhancement, customer services, marketing strategy and business community enablement.
This has included creating briefs for the website, brochures and regular email communications. We prepare and host the annual community survey and report findings and suggestions for change. We scoped and delivered a bespoke app in September 2018 which has over 1,000 regular users. We create and help deliver a full and varied event program with around 20 events a year. We create and implement a PR strategy and social media campaign to increase awareness both locally and in the Property Press.
During our involvement at Croxley Park, a speculative office building of 65,000 sq ft was built as well as a bespoke amenity hub called the Hive with café, event space and gym. HSC procured and designed the marketing suite, on-site installations, awareness and launches both to the agent community, the existing occupiers and regional business community. The office is fully let and the Hive is thriving.
HSC has been retained by the new owners Watford Borough Council to proceed with the marketing strategy and prepare for the next exciting phase of marketing at Croxley Park.
