Acquisition of 5 The Square, Stockley Park for Samsonite
Heather Smith Commercial acquired 5 The Square, Stockley Park for long standing clients, Samsonite. Heather has been appointed by Samsonite since 2003 and this is the third office relocation she has assisted with.
Samsonite’s lease at 1 The Square, Stockley Park was due to expire and it was a great opportunity to review their occupational requirements. As an established occupier on Stockley Park, it was clear the location still suited their brand and workforce. We therefore undertook to achieve the best possible terms at 5 The Square – just around the corner.
