New Project for Regal London – The Clarendon Works, Watford
HSC has been appointed by Regal London to undertake Business Community Asset Management and Digital Marketing at The Clarendon Works, Watford. We are reviewing the marketing and communication strategy and prepare a plan for improved audience engagement. We will meet and integrate with our local community neighbours, engage with local charities and positively increase impact and difference. The social media management and marketing is also being undertaken by HSC.
The Clarendon Works is the largest office scheme under construction in the M25 market and will be ready for occupation in July 2024. It will hose 140,000 sq ft of offices plus cafe, gym and green roof terraces in Watford town centre.
