Heather Smith Commercial is excited to have been appointed by Legal & General to deliver Business Community Asset Management and marketing at Tempo Maidenhead. Tempo will set the benchmark for the new wave of office and business community space in the Thames Valley.
150,000 sq. ft. of new wave workspace, currently under construction with delivery due in Q2 2023.
With 30,000+ sq. ft. floor plates, 5,000 sq. ft. of private terraces, and 10,000 sq. ft. of community space and roof gardens, a ground floor cafe, spin studio, showers, drying room, and treatment room, the amenity-rich scheme will elevate and enrich the community.
