Acquisition of St Johns House EC1V for Third City
Heather Smith Commercial was delighted to assist Third City, the award winning PR agency, in their search and acquisition of new offices.
We acquired 1,638 sq ft on the 4th floor of St Johns House, 53-54 St Johns Square, London EC1V 4JL. We agreed a new 5 year lease with 3 year break. The space was fully furnished to Cat A+ by the Landlord Columbia Threadneedle.
