Acquisition in EC1V for PR Agency
Heather Smith Commercial acquired 1,600 sq ft of CAT A+ fitted space for PR clients. The relocation was required as a result of lease expiry on space which was too large, following changes in working practises.
The negotiations were exciting given other occupiers also wanted to take the same floor! We managed to secure a good transaction for our client who have settled in quickly.
