Caldecotte Lake Business Park located near Milton Keynes, has over 200,000 sq ft of modern business space, in an impressive lakeside setting.
Heather Smith Commercial has been involved at Caldecotte Lake Business Park since August 2016 when the on-site café opened. We have created a fun and engaging event program having identified that we have a young demographic in the park. BBQ’s and team events after work are particularly popular.
We send a weekly email to the business community which includes upcoming events as well as the Café Menu and offers. We have also opened a gym on-site following demand identified via our regular surveys, as well as a shuttle bus to the town centre and park and ride. We create and update the posters on site, update the website using the CMS system and run the social media platforms to maximise awareness and increase the number of communication streams open.
The Park is well let and following its sale in December 2019, Heather Smith Commercial has been retained by the new owner Galliard Homes.
