Heather Smith Commercial had successfully negotiated an extension and mutual break option in their lease as we knew their landlord was seeking redevelopment for alternative use.

We then found new offices at Battersea Studios 2 which suited their requirement of being cost effective, having good on site amenities and with the ability to expand within the development as their company grows.

The physical relocation was perfectly timed with an entirely clean exit from their old space with no dilapidations and therefore very cost effective.

Heather Smith Commercial has successfully relocated Seeability to new offices in Epsom. The headquarters of the charity decided to relocate rather than renew their lease at Hook Road, Epsom. They wanted modern, open plan, single floor of accommodation in order to create a more cohesive working atmosphere.

The ground floor of Newplan House was a perfect building for them. The space benefited from an existing kitchen and meeting room, which made the fit out works required cost effective and quicker.
