Heather Smith Commercial has successfully acquired Embankment Studios for Crewroom. The building is an ex boathouse and the move has enabled Crewroom to expand their business and create a retail offering on the ground floor.

The location is perfect for them as they develop and distribute fitness clothing, specifically to the running and rowing markets, who are now their neighbours in the boathouses next door.

Acquisition for Seeability at Newplan House, East Street, Epsom

Heather Smith Commercial has successfully relocated Seeability to new offices in Epsom. The headquarters of the charity decided to relocate rather than renew their lease at Hook Road, Epsom. They wanted modern, open plan, single floor of accommodation in order to create a more cohesive working atmosphere.

The ground floor of Newplan House was a perfect building for them. The space benefited from an existing kitchen and meeting room, which made the fit out works required cost effective and quicker.
