This involves acting on behalf of the landlord creating and improving relationships with existing tenants, negotiating re-gears or new leases, to improve the asset value, reduce the voids and maintain a strong tenant mix.

We will liaise with any appointed agents, create or assist with any active marketing campaigns, whilst also liaising with appointed solicitors and managing agents.

Heather Smith Commercial has been asset managing Doncastle House in Bracknell for Rockspring on behalf of Chester West and Cheshire Pension Fund since August 2009 and has secured new lettings or re-gears on 30% of the floor space with 20% of the tenants to date.
